A good entertainment organiser choose activities for the leisure time of tourists and needs to have good communication skills, capacity of relationship and know foreign languages. Contact with the people is essential in this job. Entertainment organisers and animators must be always friendly and helpful. Usually young, the organiser is dynamic, communicative and careful with guests needs and expectations. There are no specific rules for this job but certainly pleasantness, warmth, cheerfulness and energy are necessary to create a pleasant and relaxing atmosphere. They must always remember that guests are on holidays and all that they need is fun and lightheartedness.
